How it works
1. A player buys TESSERA with real money (the only sanctioned fiat on-ramp).
2. TESSERA trades inside //metacuum for DILATON at the prevailing in-game rate.
3. Players who prefer not to spend money earn DILATON through gameplay instead — and can acquire TESSERA from other players using in-game DILATON.
4. The result: real money funds the project, players who can't or won't pay still progress, and no one is forced to buy anything to play.
